This module serves as a bridge introduction to the role of a Telecom Grameen Udhyami, focusing on the responsibilities and scope of work in the telecommunications industry. Participants will gain insights into the fundamentals of telecommunication, optical fiber technology, and Wi-Fi broadband installation. Practical activities include hands-on training in optical fiber splicing, handset repair, and Wi-Fi broadband installation techniques. By the end of the module, learners will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel as Telecom Grameen Udhyamis, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset in rural areas.

- Discuss the job role and scope of work for a Telecom Grameen Udhyami.
- Understand the fundamentals of telecommunication and optical fiber technology.
- Demonstrate the responsibilities of an FTTH/X Installer.
- Analyze organizational policies and workplace ethics relevant to the telecom industry.
